If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
